5 Things to Bring to Your First Lonely Girls Club Event

Nervous about your first event? Here’s a few things we actually recommend bringing along (and one you should leave at home)

1. An open mind (and your ticket!)

You might be chatting with someone from a totally different walk of life — and that’s the beauty of it. Everyone has a story, and everyone is there for the same reason: connection.

2. A comfy-cute outfit

You don’t need to dress to impress — just wear something that feels like you. Whether it’s jeans and a tee or a matching set, the only vibe check is being yourself!

3. A question or two in your back pocket

Not sure how to start a convo? Think: “What made you come tonight?” or “Have you done one of these before?” We’ll also usually have conversation cards at events too, to give you all the prompts you need to get going.

Small questions = big connection.

4. Your phone — but not too much

Snapping a pic or swapping Instas? Go for it. But the real magic happens when you’re in the room, not on your feed.

5. A little courage

Showing up solo is brave AF — and we see you. Just walking through the door is a win. Everything after that? A bonus.

Leave this at home: the pressure to be anyone but yourself

There’s no need to “perform” here. You’re already enough, exactly as you are.
